The weather won't stop us! We made the most of a wet morning and enjoyed jumping in the puddles!

We have been super shape detectives so far this week. We have been learning about shapes through building, hunting and exploring. We hope to see you for our shape morning on 29.01.19!
Even though it has been rather cold this term it hasn't stopped us from having fun outside!

Bonfire Night Art work
Our new topic is called Let's Celebrate. We will be learning about Bonfire Night, Diwali, Birthdays, Weddings and Christmas!
We all made and designed our own Rain Shakers. We used them to play music to our favourite songs and to play games during music time.

We went on an Autumn walk around school. We found lots of different Autumn leaves and some nuts for David the squirrel. We had lots of fun running and jumping in the crunchy leaves.We learnt a new song while outside called 'Squirrel Squirrel!' .
We made our own mini Rainforest
This week we have been learning about Monkeys. We made some monkey painting using our hand prints to make the monkeys and driving cars through green paint to make the leaves.
We made some Rainforest leaves. We made different shade of green by adding black or white to see what might happen and then printed using some vegetables.
